It had been a rough year for Meghann Elise Powers. She’d recently come to the conclusion that the job she’d been working her adult life was no longer fulfilling. Around the same time, she’d been deeply betrayed by someone she’d considered her best friend and soulmate.
“I [realized] I needed to get involved in a community of like-minded women who had similar passions, interests, and goals,” Powers says.
She took to the Internet and found Jenn Racioppi’s signature coaching program, Moon School. The community aspect, combined with Racioppi’s masterful coaching, seemed like the perfect fit to help Powers redefine her career and herself. She got even more than she’d bargained for.
“Prior to Moon School, I had some ideas around my wounds, but it wasn’t until [I] had a call and Jenn pointed at and named it so clearly that I REALLY understood it and could start to process it,” Powers says. “This was super important to understand my past and current circumstances and creating the future I truly desire.”
Powers’ healing journey only picked up speed from there.
Her time in Moon School allowed her to recognize the importance of joy and pleasure in fueling her dreams, and the powerful community of women held space for her as she healed. The process helped her finally declare her sovereignty from other’s opinions and expectations. “I feel like I’m able to live my life for me these days,” she says. “It feels great and brings much more freedom and happiness.”
That shift into self-confidence has also affected Meghann’s life after Moon School for the better. Racioppi had introduced participants to hypnotherapy during the program, and it struck a chord for Powers. “Moon School brought me to my calling of hypnotherapy,” she says. “It truly encompasses my interests and skills, and I’m going to my first live beginner hypnotherapy training [soon].”
It’s been less than a year since her time in Moon School ended, but Powers insists she’s a different person than when she started, thanks to Racioppi. Now she wakes up looking forward to working toward her new career path, no matter what anyone thinks. Meghann has now completed her advanced level hypnotherapy training and is currently offering sessions to help other women reach new levels of joy and freedom in their lives.
