At first glance, it seems like marketing expert Cass McCrory has already achieved a lot. She owns her own marketing firm that services both big enterprises and small businesses. Cass has a robust, thriving family, and passion on the side called The Subtraction Project, which helps participants get clear on what is and isn’t working in their lives.
It’s a pride point for Cass. “The Subtraction Project helps people eliminate what isn’t working in their lives so things add up,” Cass says. “It started about ten years ago. About twelve thousand people have now done it.”
But even though Cass has made her mark helping people get clear on how to better their businesses and lives, she knew something was missing.
Always working hard to provide for her family, Cass felt she didn’t have the space or time to really dig deep and make connections with like-minded entrepreneurs.
She’d worked with Racioppi as a coach before, and felt it was time to take the leap and sign-up for Moon School.
“I knew she’d attract dynamic women to learn with and from for Moon School. How she attracted me and how she created the invitation for me to start doing this work with her was really authentic. There was nothing forced or salesy, it was really a place of being of service.”
She was right. As soon as Cass started Moon School, she says Jenn’s service really shined.
“I just had so much faith and trust in her.
She asked great questions and I always felt well-supported and witnessed. Plus I had the opportunity to integrate a little bit more astrology into my work.”
It’s this safe space that was a game-changer for Cass. She insists she’s never be where she is today without Racioppi’’s Moon School. “Jenn held space for me to believe in the crazier ideas I had.
As an entrepreneur there isn’t a whole lot of external validation and support, but with Jenn, I could put [everything] out there. I make a difference.”
Since then, Cass has kept in contact with the community Racioppi created in Moon School. She has learned how to hold space for her biggest, wildest dreams. “Moon School showed me how supported I’ve always been by the universe and the knowingness of astrology helped [me] to see how I’ll be supported with the next step, too. Jenn’s brilliant.”
