“Midlife doesn’t mean the end of your life,” business coach and feminine leadership expert Hope Eaton insists. “There’s so much wisdom you’ve earned that shouldn’t be wasted.”

If anyone speaks her truth, it’s Eaton. She’s the owner and executive coach behind Hope Eaton, Ltd., which focuses on redefining what it means to be a integrated & impactful leader in today’s world while embracing radical change and transformation. While Hope lives in alignment with feminine energy now, she was on the brink of burnout when she met Racioppi.

“I met Jenn when we were both completing a certificate in positive psychology,” Eaton says. “She introduced me to the idea of astrology as a science and a deeper way of being.”

That introduction to astrology pushed Eaton to explore the possibility of running her business from a more sustainable, authentic place. Up until then, she’d been working from a “primarily masculine” place that involved intense striving with minimal breaks. Soon after, she discovered Moon School and signed up. “I wanted to change the way that I was living my life as a burned-out, premenopausal woman, and I [wanted] to make change in a community with other soulful women.”

Eaton got that and so much more. By working in sync with Racioppi’s philosophy regarding feminine energy and how our bodies and energy are affected by the cosmos, no matter which gender you identify, Eaton gained deep insight.. “There is tremendous power living in sync with the moon and in the feminine,” she says. “I had been working from masculine energy for so long (and in male-dominated industries) that I had lost touch with my divine, natural strength, wisdom, and energy. Moon School showed me the power of the feminine and of the female community to support and hold space for each other’s growth.”

It’s that deep sense of community that really encouraged Eaton to reconsider her own definition of leadership—and that perhaps natural energy cycles and collaborations were in better alignment with who she wanted to be as a business leader and coach. Eaton says, “Jenn was one hundred percent committed to everyone’s growth as divine women and created a safe space for doing the deep, hard work.”

Thanks to Moon School, Eaton has embraced a new way of showing up in the world these days. “I have embraced fully living in sync with the cycles of the moon—both in my personal life as well as in developing my coaching business and writing. I am only working with leaders now and am on a mission to redefine midlife and work. I have a deep connection to my spirit now and use its wisdom to guide me.”

For Hope, this includes soul-nourishing female friendships and clients. And she couldn’t be prouder of that.

Registration for Moon School 2020 opens March 19, 2020. The program kicks off in May, and the Italy retreat is October 10th-17th. It’s a serious investment and admission is by application only, but Racioppi tells me the parameters are necessary. “One thing I know for sure about Moon School is you have to be available to do the work. If you say yes to it and to the work, transformation is happening.”
